Welcome to Spiritwood

Your accommodations are a private executive rental designed for business travelers, contractors, and professionals working in the Spiritwood area. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped space for guests who need reliable accommodations during their stay.

Please review the policies below before booking.

Availability

The calendar is open for Monday to Friday stays.

Weekends have been automatically blocked off, and will be opened on a case-by-case basis.

Rates

Nightly rates vary depending on length of stay and season.

  • Rate is $185 per night
  • More than 5 nights, please call for discounted rate
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability.

Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances occur, please contact us as soon as possible.

House Rules

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment for all guests, the following rules apply:

  • No smoking or vaping inside the property
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Maximum occupancy: 1 guest unless otherwise approved

Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and community during their stay.

Office Rules

The office is fully equipped and ready for your business needs. 

  • Printer – paper will be available for small printing jobs
  • Ring light – for meetings, presentations, or recording
  • Monitor and keyboard ready to hook up to your laptop
  • Mics and sound system for podcasting is available upon request for a fee

Property Use

This accommodation is intended for:

  • Business travelers
  • Contractors working in the area
  • Professionals needing short-term housing

This property is designed for individual travelers and is not suitable for groups or families.

Cleaning & Care

Please help keep the property in good condition:

  • Dispose of garbage in designated bins
  • Leave dishes clean
  • Sweep floors as needed to prevent any damage
  • Report any damage or issues immediately

Normal cleaning is included in your stay. Excessive cleaning requirements will be charged an additional $100

Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Any damage should be reported immediately so it can be addressed quickly.

Right to Refuse Service

Stay Spiritwood reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations if a guest violates house rules, provides false information, or engages in behavior that may disturb neighbors or damage the property. 

Liability

Stay Spiritwood is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Injuries occurring on the property due to guest negligence

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings during their stay.

Agreement

By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they:

  • Have read and understood these policies
  • Agree to comply with the house rules
  • Accept the cancellation terms and conditions
